Metabo identifies insert 628901000 for KHE 3250 and KHE 3251 rotary hammers in an empty metaBOX 165 L. It is a shaped transport insert, not a hammer-drill operating cover. Both the tool designation and box size are relevant when checking whether this accessory matches an existing kit.
Source verifiedManufacturer-shaped inserts locate specific tools inside a named case. This category includes grinder, circular-saw, rotary-hammer and grease-gun storage. An insert listing does not include the outer box or tool unless the source expressly says so.
View referenceMetabo publishes fitted inserts for its metaBOX cases across saws, hammers, sanders and battery sets. Product records retain both the named tool and the required case size, making the two levels of compatibility visible.
